Q: Can I return my item?
A: Items that have been unused may be returned within 14 days. Please email us at: email@example.com to authorise a return. All returns must be authorised before shipping.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping amounts are confirmed at checkout. Orders up to € 70 is € 4.95. Orders in The Hague and above € 70 (in The Netherlands) are free of shipping costs.
Q: Can I pick up my order in The Hague?
A: Yes, you can pick up your order in The Hague. You can make this choice at checkout. When we are noted that an order is being picked up, we will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible to make an appointment for collection.
Q: An article I would like is out of stock. What do I do?
A: The quantities available on our site correspond with the quantities that we have in stock. If you would like further information about when the product will be back in stock, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Are the items in my basket reserved automatically?
A: The items you put in your cart do not appear in our logistics until your order is paid for. We therefore cannot guarantee the availability of the items you have selected until your order is placed.
Q: The items I received were incorrect/ damaged/ some were missing what should I do?
A: If your order is not as you expected (damaged, incorrect, items missing…) Please do not hesitate to send us an email at email@example.com so we can offer you a solution; exchange, reimbursement or replacement.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes we do! Please mention on check-out and we will make a beautiful package for you.
Q: Can I arrange for a gift to be delivered direct to friends/family?
A: Yes! Please fill in the address you would like the gift sent to in the Shipping Address section at checkout.
Q: Do you sponsor giveaways?
A: We love giveaways, especially when they support fellow small business owners and bloggers! While we can't say yes to everyone please pitch your idea!
